I am DJ Gary D the brain behind the Reggae Lution team and I have been in the music business for years. I started out as the feature DJ for Soul Express Disco but moved on from there to create and develop the LeJeaux Disco back in the late 80's. This new sound featured toppa top DJS Mixmaster Marvin and Dilly T (both now with Renaissance Disco) and Marlon the Music Machine (R.I.P. passed away in 1990). The philosophy has always been to play dancehall music with style ::: and that separates Reggae Lution from others. We are LEADERS not followers and will do things with the music that may seem "strange" but is always well received by the fans. As a veteran in the business, I am trying to promote dancehall on a global scale. Our RL CDS along with the website, have helped to get the music out to fans all over the world. We have been able to travel and spread the Dancehall Vibes in Bermuda, Belize, Canada, St Thomas V.I. and there is still more work to be done. I also try to push new artists in the business and would like to thank all the artists I have worked with for using Reggae Lution as a promotional tool. Big ups to I-Octane, Wasp, Mckoy, Sanjay, Kunley - Ward 21, Wayne Marshall, Tami Chynn, Assassin, Bling Dawg, Sammy Ranks, Bugsy Malone, Lexus, and all those I have worked with in the past.
